ICT Entrepreneurship plays a central role in virtually all national socio-economic development agenda in the past decade. Although business scholars seem implicitly to assume that ICT entrepreneurs’ efforts contribute in some way to small business innovation, innovation remains a sustainable strategic fit in most business domain. Using modern technologies, this article examines the link between ICT entrepreneurship and small business innovation. In particular, the authors develop a conceptual model arguing that regulatory environment on ICT entrepreneurship development influence small business innovation. The paper adds to existing body of knowledge on ICT entrepreneurship and provides bases for more informed decision by offering new constructs, a team-based entrepreneurship activities and experimental activities. We proposed a model of ICT entrepreneurship to form a richer theoretical framework that guides the understanding, explanation and prediction of innovativeness in ICT entrepreneurship.

The Malaysian Government has acquired a large shareholding in several Malaysian companies to meet national aspirations, social concerns and global challenges. Known as ‘Government Linked Companies’ or GLCs, they play a vital role in the country’s economy. For the GLCs to sustain in the industry it is operated, it has to find ways to optimize the best practices such as in talent management and management of change that can improve its organization competencies, particularly the performance. The sample includes all of the twenty six (26) public listed companies of the GLCs in Malaysia. The study uses a structured questionnaires to collect the data from the firms meeting the criteria of government linked companies or GLCs, the disproportionate sampling technique employed is to choose 5 executives from each company, making a total of 520 respondents. Results showed all hypotheses were supported; therefore, GLCs should ensured the favorable results to give the right priority to the implementation of the best practices in order to improve organizational performance.

When customer service is effective then customer retention/ retention of product is considered. This study was carried out to investigate on the effectiveness of customer service in the retention of GSM SIM packs using a comparative analysis. Data were collected through the use of questionnaire administered to a determined sample size of users of the three major GSM service providers. Ethics standards and practices in Nigeria public sector would continue to engage the front burner of discourse in Nigeria for as long as service delivery is synonymous with economic stagnation, weak institutions and endemic corruption. The study was conducted using government agencies and parastatals based in Lagos, Nigeria selected through proportionate stratified sampling technique; standardized measures were adapted and administered on the sample. Apart from the human resource department not being part of ethics infrastructure, the analysis of data also showed that there is no promotion of ethics in the Nigeria public sector.
