That is our basil metabolic rate is something that is very important right now. I think about a family member or a friend who has ever in their lives attempted to lose weight before. Maybe you're, in fact you've done this before. And for some people it seems like no matter how hard they try, no matter how much they eat, no matter how little they eat within a healthy uh way to do. So it seems like some people are just born a little heavier and some people are born a little bit skinnier. There's a reason for that. And that is our basil metabolic rate here. In fact, we could probably be safe and go ahead and call this what it is and that is our bodies resting rate of energy expenditure. So when the human body is sleeping like, let's take this fellow right here, when he goes to sleep at night, his body is still doing stuff, His brain is still working. His organs are still functioning. When you die, you do not sleep, you do not do that. What happens is your body still continues to do all the things it needs to do, but you need to be able to take care of that. When you're awake, you eat food, you do exercise and you do all those sort of important things That way you're able to continue to survive, which is pretty cool.
