District Plan
electors chosen same way as members of congress (2 chosen at large) and cast electoral vote in line with statewide popular vote result. Others elected in each State's districts. Vote cast in result of popular in district.
Proportional District
each candidate receives same share of state's electoral vote as they receive in State's popular vote. (ie. 40% out of total 20=8 electoral votes)
Direct Popular Election
vote based on popular vote. Rid of Electoral College. Winner always majority/plurality choice.
National Bonus Plan
102 electoral votes automatically given to winner of national popular vote (added to electoral votes candidate won) add up to majority (321) candidate win presidency. run off between 2 best in popular vote if no majority.
